Ashanti attended VH1's 2009 Hip-Hop Honors Awards last night. Some may say that she looked stunning, and others may have another opinion. She also had an on-stage reunion with Ja Rule, her partner on the huge hits "Down 4 You" and "Always on Time."

    I thought she looked really bad too, but then I clicked on the pic. She looks ok. Her hair actually looks cute but the feather is very randum. I would take the belt and boots off and start the outfit over.
