Rihanna broke her silence today on Twitter, Myspace, Facebook, and her website by letting the world know that THE WAIT IS OVER! What wait you ask? I guess we will all find out on November 23, 2009, but I'm more than certain that it's going to be the release of her new album. I can't wait.
