eyeWant: "I Am...World Tour" CD/DVD

Anyone that has known me is within the past few years knows how much I loved Beyoncé. I won't lie, I was almost a Beyoncé stan, but quite frankly I put those days behind me. Don't get me wrong, I love her music, videos, and fierceness, but it was getting bad. I remember going to see the Beyoncé Experience tour at Madison Square Garden and almost crying when it was over. I also remember watching the DVD to the tour possibly over 100 times in my dorm to the point where even my roommates could recite the words. After her I Am... tour, I was upset that it wasn't released on DVD and instead had to settle for her I Am Your DVD performance at the Las Vegas Wynn.

It was an intimate performance and I was very disappointed because I was expecting something more along the lines of what will be released on November 29th...the I AM...WORLD TOUR CD/DVD! I'm very excited for this just to watch it and it'll be here in time for the holidays. Now I'm wondering if she'll have another Thanksgiving special. But anyway...

Stupid Girls

Today's W.O.W. (Wild Out Wednesday) video comes from singer, Pink; who while performing one of her singles "Stupid Girls" came at Beyoncé. Pink chose to dress up in a blonde wig, a crazy outfit and let's not forget to mention the "Sasha Fierce" hand and mock of the "Single Ladies" dance; which made it blatantly clear that she was coming at the Queen Bey.

In other news, Beyoncé is putting Sasha Fierce to rest. The diva says in her interview with Allure:

"The thing that's interesting is I don't need Sasha Fierce anymore, because I've grown and I'm now able to merge the two. Sasha Fierce is the fun, more sensual, more aggressive, more outspoken side and more glamorous side that comes out when I'm working and when I'm on the stage. The double album allows me to take more risks and really step out of myself, or shall I say, step more into myself, and reveal a side of me that people [who] only know me see."

effFriday: Weekend Drink "Sasha Fierce 151"

Good afternoon! Today in Mixology 101 we will be making a "Sasha Fierce 151" in celebration of Beyoncé's 28th Birthday! Beyoncé isn't much of a drinker, but we have to celebrate somehow. Here's what you'll need: 1 oz Bacardi® 151 rum and 10 oz Gatorade® Fierce Grape energy drink. Once you have your ingredients, fill a glass with ice. Next, you will pour 2 shots of Bacardi 151 into a cup full of Gatorade Fierce Grape. Mix well and drink.

There you have it! A "Sasha Fierce 151". Happy mixing and always remember to DRINK RESPONSIBLY!

eyeSpy Something Fierce: Deréon

On July 3rd I reported that my Auntie Beyoncé and mama Tina are expanding their House of Deréon clothing line to include a new collection of junior apparel label, Sasha Fierce for Deréon. Well, I checked out the Deréon website yesterday and found the promo picture and it is FIERCE (as I shake my index finger lol). Some of the clothes are alright but those poses...10 10 10 shabam! Beyonce gets waxed! Just kidding, well technically I guess I'm not, because Beyoncé's alter ego “Sasha Fierce”'s wax figure was unveiled at the grand opening of Madame Tussauds in Hollywood.
