eyewatch: Your Life

Do you want to have your life featured in a film?

Well, you might receive your big break.

YouTube and producer Ridley Scott along with director Kevin Macdonald are teaming up to create what is being called the “first user-generated feature length documentary.”

The project, entitled “Life in a Day”, will tell future generations what it was like to be alive during a day in summer 2010. It will feature footage from YouTube users around the globe that is submitted by July 24^th.

Chosen users will be credited as co-directors in the film, and twenty will be chosen to attend the premiere at the Sundance Film Festival in January.

Calling All FASHIONISTOS

All Fashionistos get in line and ready for our latest contest! "Immerse yourself in the great outdoors with the latest trend, according to Topman.

So what's the trend? Outdoor Summer work-wear meets festival styling. Look out for animal prints, stripes, checks, sun bleached college sweatshirts and more.

What's the contest? You think you can put this look together better than the next fashion forward fellow? That's your challenge!

How can I enter? That's easy, just get your look together, take a few pictures, and submit your photos to elleelleeye@gmail.com or send a twitpic to us on Twitter at @elleELLEeye. Once you do that you will be considered to be entered into the next phase of the contest, where a public poll will be put up & the reader of elleELLEeye will vote on who wore this look best!

How will I know if I made it into the contest? You will receive an email notification on whether or not you have advanced to Phase 2.
