Day26: Truth is a Lie

I don't really care much for videos these days unless there's something spectacular going on in them or worth watching at all. Because Day26 is one of my favorite groups out right now, I don't see any reason why I shouldn't post their new videos. Yesterday I hit ya'll with their new video "Girlfriend", and they did it again with the video above, "Truth is a Lie". It's a real simple video, but they're definitely redeeming themselves from that last video "Stadium Music". Word is they shot six videos in three days off of their latest LP, Forever in a Day. Let me know what you think about this one.

It's a bird, it's a plane, nope...it's Fly Skye, or Skye Townsend to be exact. She made my cut for effFriday with the label of effFLY. On top of being fly, she's super cute, sassy, and more than your average teenager. She is quite the entertainer as well, and one thing that makes her the effFLYEST is that she's super humble. FOLLOWFRIDAYS

Ahhh, what a good morning it is, the sun is shining [in Georgia], it's Friday, and the little birdies are going tweet tweet tweet! Well not literally, but twitter has just about everyone who has an opinion sending messages [or tweets] through the net for all of their followers to see.

With all of the twitter lingo [tweet=messages, tweeple=people, tworld=world, tweeties=sweeties (my personal fave), RT=retweet, DM=direct message, etc.], I won't lie, I am a bit [or very] addicted to twitter, but I don't see the harm in that! Oh, and today is Friday a.k.a. "Follow Friday" where twitter users encourage their followers to follow them or their friends; i.e. FF @myfriendjill @myotherfriend @misstiffybaby [that's me]!

Hey world,

So, today has been crazy [well technically yesterday] with the passing of Michael Jackson and everything else going on in the world. Therefore, I thought that people might need a little bit of inspiration and uplifting in their lives; which you may or may not find here with me. So here is my one of a predicted many random blogs from the heart. I hope you all appreciate it and find yourself smiling at some point =)

The world has suffered loss after loss the past couple of day. The King of Pop, Michael Jackson has been pronounced dead.

.Stac. and I tried hard to keep the faith alive on AIM and twitter [misstiffybaby - follow me], but he has moved on to a much better place.

Here is the article from http://www.mercurynews.com/: "Pop star Michael Jackson was pronounced dead by doctors at UCLA Medical Center this afternoon after arriving at a hospital in a deep coma following a heart attack, the Los Angeles Times reported.

The Times said Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded to a call at Jackson's home around 12:26 p.m. He was not breathing when they arrived. The paramedics performed CPR and took him to Medical Center, which is only a few minutes away from Jackson's BelAir home. Jackson's family began arriving at his bedside shortly after his arrival, a law enforcement source told the Los Angeles Times."

No matter your age or ethnicity, I'm sure we all know and love his music. So elle.elle.eye. will not mourn his death, but celebrate his life. Peep the MJ playlist below and remember to keep his family in your prayers! RIP to the King of Pop, Michael Jackson.
