But wait, something doesn't fit...According to the Associated Press, Jay-Z's business partners are suing Boston Red Sox player, David Ortiz. Why? Apparently, Ortiz has opened a club in the Santo Domingo by the name of Forty/Forty, in the hopes of using Jay's fame to get a crowd there.
Well Jay-Z & his people didn't like that idea too much, so Ortiz is being sued $5 million dollars for infringement.
