Some may find that working with a friend is the coolest thing in the world. And although that may be true, sometimes the business and personal issues get intertwined. And what are you to do when this happens? Stop, drop and roll! No, but seriously, you have to stop and think about why you are working and from that point on leave the personal outside of the workplace. 
On the other hand, working with a familiar face may be easier than working with a stranger. If your friendship is solid enough for you to understand that you will have problems at work, but you have a common understanding of who's the boss and who's in charge of what, that's great. Being friends might even make your working relationship that much better because you understand one another.Spread Love. Live Life. Be Inspired.

I think its possible, but eventually someones feelings will get hurt, just like working with ur bf/gf/husband/wife. Good question

ReplyDeleteI've been working with my friends since college. Some of them I would never want to work with again b/c I like to work with people who are equally, if not more, dedicated to working than as I am.
But it can work. Just look at me and DANiE. Even tho she urkes my nerves sometimes ;)
it depends on who r working with some friends just dont know how to be mature in business like situations
ReplyDeleteI was going to basically say the same thing. I have a couple friends that I can work with. Were on the same page and (the most impt thing is) we dont take anything personal!
ReplyDeleteI cant count how many times Tiff and I have dissagreed about an idea BUT its life... we come to an agreement and move on...
